  We were new to the area and lucked up on this place. From the first time we walked in we were treated like family. Yelling to us from the kitchen made us feel right at home. The owner and her family have accommodated our special food request when they could and offered fantastic alternatives when they couldn't. The grilled shrimp are as good as any, ever! From time to time they do run out of menu items due to the amount of unpredictable foot traffic through the place! One day we were in there when a church ordered 800 pieces of chicken. Burgers are good, but my favorite is the pork chop breakfast/dinner. I get it most everytime I go in, morning or evening, requesting mine extra crispy. Our grandchildren are welcomed and Ms Glenda even makes pancakes for one that loves them. We are​ picky eaters, and good service is important to us. Mrs. Ann and family go out of their way to make sure everyone has what they want and enjoy it. In the rare time something wasn't right they fix it or replaced it. They're open to new folks, and after ten years of eating with them they still introduce us to folks we don't know or those that don't know us. It's definitely a family atmosphere, with homemade taste and plenty of options. They genuinely care about you. We love the place and the people.
